Be part of the Youth Growth Conference
The Youth Growth Conference is an annual two-day event that brings together young and talented individuals from across Finland. Our mission is to provide attendees with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to develop and improve their skills.
Our conference features high-level speakers and experts from different industries who share their insights, experiences, and tips on how to succeed in their respective fields. This year, the focus is on the gaming industry, and we have invited speakers and experts who are leaders in this field.
The Youth Growth Conference will take place on May 22-23 in multiple locations, including Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Oulu, Tampere, and Turku. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and networking events with like-minded individuals.
We offer informative sessions from national and international partners and educational workshops with simulations to explore opportunities and understand aspects of game development and design.

16-19 of May : Online Training;
20-21 of May : Team Creation and Theme release .

Our event is designed for students, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are interested in game design, programming, marketing, user experience, and more.
Team Creation
A 3 - 4 member team in a game creation competition should have a game designer, programmer, sound artist, and effects specialist. This team structure ensures proper game design, coding, sound effects, and visual effects.
