Youth Speak Forum powered by AIESEC is an event that empowers young people to understand how they can contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals through engaging and inspiring guest talks and workshops.
This event aims to give young people a platform to voice their opinion, start the dialogue with representatives of big organizations and the government about global issues and provide the delegates with a call to action.

Theme of this year
At AIESEC, we're dedicated to empowering young people in Finland to achieve their career goals. We believe that everyone's potential contributes to our society's economic development. To improve career opportunities and reduce inequalities, we collaborate with different stakeholders, fostering dialogue, and focusing on decent work and economic growth for young talents in Finland.
We also value individual perspectives. We're certain that every young person in Finland can shape their career opportunities and have immense potential. That's why we proudly present our theme of the year: 'Decent Work and Economic Growth.'
SDG 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth, promotes sustainable economic growth, full employment, and decent work for all.
We offer informative sessions from national and international partners and educational workshops with simulations for you to explore career opportunities and boost skills!
